  • What happens if something gets damaged during a stay?
    We handle the entire damage claim process. Our team documents issues, liaises with guests, and facilitates resolution — using Airbnb’s Host Guarantee or our additional protection systems.
  • How are the nightly rates determined?
    We use dynamic pricing software that adjusts nightly rates in real-time, based on demand, local events, seasonality, competitor data, and booking trends to maximise your returns.
  • How do I track performance and income?
    Owners get access to a dedicated online dashboard where you can view bookings, revenue, occupancy rates, guest reviews, and monthly payouts — all in real-time.
  • What are the upfront costs to start?
    There are no upfront fees to join. Our service fee is taken from successful bookings. Optional add-ons like property styling or premium photography may incur additional one time charges if requested.
  • How do you ensure the property is kept safe and secure?
    We implement ID verified guest bookings, install secure key collection systems, and monitor every clean and maintenance visit with check-in/out records and internal quality control.
